Italian soft wheat flour type “00”, water, Italian durum wheat semolina , free-range eggs .
Ingredients Filling:
Artichokes (33% of total),
Ricotta ( cow’s and sheep’s milk whey, whole milk , salt),
Free-range eggs ,
Grana Padano DOP ( milk , salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme),
Breadcrumbs ( soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), onions, olive oil, garlic, salt.
May contain traces of celery, fish, molluscs, soy, mustard, lupins .
The pastries are dusted with rice flour. Store at a temperature between +1°C and + 4°C.
