smoked salmon (33% of total),

ricotta (cow's and sheep's milk whey, whole milk, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid),

Grana Padano DOP (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme),

breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer's yeast, salt), salt.

May contain traces of celery, molluscs, soy.
