Mortadella (pork, pork tripe, salt, sugar, spices, flavorings, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite), prosciutto crudo (pork meat, salt), breadcrumbs (type “0” wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt),
Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from eggs), beef, carrots, onions, salt, olive oil, garlic, celery, nutmeg, rosemary, bay leaf.
May contain traces of fish, shellfish, soy, mustard, lupine.
Pastes are dusted with rice flour. Store at a temperature between +1°C and +4°C.
