Gin dei Sospiri

This distillate is inspired by Venice and more specifically by the island of Sant'Erasmo, also known as the Orto di Venezia, which is completely immersed in the salt marsh. Here, along with other botanicals, grows our very precious salicornia, the absolute star of this gin. The gin recipe, designed precisely to enhance the flavors and aromas of this lagoon island, begins with hand-picking the raw material spontaneously and only according to seasonality: this allows us to get the best from our aromatic plants.

Tasting notes
It is a gin that lends itself to different cocktail blends, so it is excellent as an aperitif, while its freshness and balance of flavors make it perfect to be drunk neat, so you get to appreciate even the most delicate aromas.
Visually it enjoys perfect transparency
On the nose it gives elegant Mediterranean fragrances of juniper combined with green and herbaceous hints typical of the Venetian salt marsh.
On the palate, its particular savoriness , due to the Salicornia, immediately stands out, while in the mouth it then leaves a soft almost velvety taste.
