Grana Padano D.O.P

Grana Padano D.O.P. is a hard, cooked, slow-maturing semi-fat cheese made from raw cow's milk whose basic diet consists of green or preserved fodder. The milk, from two daily milkings, is partially skimmed by creaming.
It looks like a classic Grana Padano but its composition and dairy processing make it a unique product.
